To just get up and go upstairs to stab my dad in the neck. I have a knife sitting right by me right now that I used to open a box just a few moments ago. Every time I see him or hear his voice, knowing he's nothing but a worthless drunk and drug addict who has leeched off his family for the past 20 years. It just makes me so irrationally angry that I worry I'll snap one of these days and ruin my life by ending up in prison.

To drink a bottle of wine, smoke a pack of cigarettes and take some painkillers and benzos for good measure because I want to pass out.. I won't do anything like that because I'm pregnant.
