If you have thin light hair a bottle or two of spray will do. However if you have dark/thick/curly hair it will just create a sort of glitter on top ( experience I have dark thick curly hair) If you fit that bill grab a wig.

Maybe not dye but Halloween stores will have sprays, almost like spray paint, that will do this.

Since you're afraid, just use a wig. What do you want to do with it though?

Probably hair spray is your best option or a wig. To go grey it requires a lot of bleaching
