Creating unauthorized clones of yourself. EDIT: Yes, human cloning is and has been illegal since around the 90s, when cloning first became technologically feasible. By the time 2219 rolls around, I'd imagine cloning by then would be as mainstream, as effortless as making a Xerox copy or a smoothie. Add the raw materials, push a button, and technology of the future (likely obtained on the down-low part by part, or for the ultra rich a full-blown industrial quality cloning machine). Contrast that with today, where cloning is indeed illegal but isn't exactly within reach of the average individual by any stretch. Today cloning humans is a crime that exists. Come the 23rd century, cloning could be so easy that it'll reach epidemic proportions, and thus a far worse and more frequent crime than today, where it's an anachronism or at best the purview of mad scientists with lots of tech, money, and knowledge.
