Doctors, what Mortal Kombat fatality (from any game in the series) would be the absolute worst in terms of pain and time of death?

"most of the ones that leave you alive till the final blow. a good portion of them would easily kill you within the first few seconds of the fatality (assuming your a normal human and not a super being) the ones i would consider the worst would be frosts second fatality as not only to you get your body frozen away and your spine ripped out, but your brain is then used in a android like body which i would assume means ypur brain still functions to some extent? maybe a fate worse than death and D'vora's second one. she rips you open but it looks as if all your organs are left "in" you so theres a decent chance you could be alive for another few minutes before you finally "

I actually am a doctor, but I haven't played a Mortal Kombat game in 20 years. I'd vote for the one where the character gets knocked into acid and dissolved. I'd imagine aspirating and swallowing acid would be very painful.

Not a doctor but Noob Saibots fatality in mk11, where he cuts ur stomach open and puts a clone inside of you and that clone rips u in half from ur mouth.
