If you are in the Audio/Visual industry or interested in breaking into it, there are dozens of free certifications out there. AVIXA is an industry standards organization and offers a wide range of free and paid certifications. Also, each manufacturer offers many free certifications on the use of their specific gear. Extron (AV control systems), Biamp (digital signal processing), etc. Biamp in particular has a great online training service, and with the rising popularity of platforms like ZOOM, skills like knowing how to route audio for acoustic echo-cancelling is more important and valued than ever. I'd say away from free certifications and such because of how shady they can be but I know if you want to get into coding sololearn offers certification in just about every common coding language from c++ to java to ruby

There's plenty out there. Just like there's plenty of piles of dog shit on the lawn, and the free ones will help you get a job just like smearing dog crap on the hiring manager's desk will.
