When dogs are begging you for food when you eat, is it bad to not give them any? Technically dogs are pack animals and it's nature to eat together, right?

Wolves are pack animals. It's debatable whether dogs are. There is a bunch of human food that dogs shouldn't have, and that can cause them harm, (assuming that you're feeding them human food). There's nothing wrong however with feeding him his food when you also eat yours as long as you eat your meals at a regular schedule.

Dogs will eat anything and everything until they get too fat to move. Feeding a dog between meals or when he begs is a great way to get a fat dog. This will shorten his or her life and lead to joint problems and other issues.

No. We domesticated them and we can train them further.

"No it's not bad. I always used to tell my dog off for begging. She wasn't allowed to s t a r e at me while I ate. I shoo'd her away and if I was giving her anything I'd "accidentally" drop some on the floor and call her over to eat it or I put it in her bowl. "
