Almost everyone had one more physical features that they are self conscious about. Weight is very common, blemishes or acne, hair loss, no muscle, small boobs, etc. Just pick one they fall into and rail on it. At least in my opinion, once someone starts throwing personal insults, all bets are off. If someone want's to make fun of you for being short, I would have zero issues calling them fat, baldy, pizza face, scrawny, a surfboard, etc.
