Nick Fury tells the Avengers, Guardians,etc. that they have to get ""real"" jobs in the private sector. What does everyone do to take advantage of their experience of skills assuming they can't go back to their current/previous job?

Tony would just make a silicon valley type of startup and hire bruce, pretty much the entire team except for Bruce can work as body guards
