if a women falsely accuse a man of a crime wether it be rape, assault etc etc and he gets sentenced and then the court finds out she lied what should the punishment be?

I mean this is already a criminal offence. But from what I've seen, while it's totally contextual, it should hold a heavier punishment. Definitely more than the meagre fine and community service so many seem to get. Completely turn a mans life upside down and drag him through the mud and you get 100 hours picking up rubbish or whatever... real fair.

Perjury is like 5 yrs so that plus whatever sentence the man got should be it.

Same as it would be if he were convicted of that rape. And that includes sex offender registry.

The lady goes to jail herself. No normal lady would do that.

Probably a lawsuit but people who do that usually don't have any money in their miserable life anyways
