Figure out if inflammatory vs non-inflammatory. For most of ya'll, it's the latter. In that case, and with no alarm symptoms, then NSAIDs, can do standing tylenol 1g qh8, muscle relaxers, consider anti-epileptics if component of sciatica. All important PT. Can consider chiro, massages. If no help, pain mgmt for epidural spinal injections and if laminectomy candidate, can be considered. My back pain goes away once I finish writing your office note

Bending/stretching exercises, gentle lifting exercise, learn to lift correctly, and never lift heavy things when you're tired or cold. Although it's probably a bad matress.

Stem cell therapy, reverse hypers, sled pushes...not sure which did what, but I don't have any back issues anymore.

Getting enough rest, 100 stomach crunches every day, wearing a back brace when necessary.

DDP yoga, seriously. Massages and chiropractic work helps too.

Core work and pelvic stabilization. Work in multiple planes and isometric strength.
