The Avatar can bend air, fire, earth and water. You've made a discovery and can bend something previous Avatars or others cannot, what is it?

Genetics, allowing me to to bend living things into different species or do mild changes to their dna, including myself. I could cure genetic diseases and reverse the effects off extinction, but I'd also probably make animal people (through other people's own decisions of course) and some fictional species when bored. Would cause a lot of chaos probably.
