Oh there's just so much. There are lots of parks and museums and history, and just landmarks. Lots of good food, especially if you're a vegetarian. San Francisco is the place I've been to the most times that I hadn't lived in. You could honestly just walk around and run into things. It really depends what you like.

Just outside the city maybe 15min is the city of Colma. The dead out number the living. Huge graveyards. Wyatt Earp and joe DiMaggio are both buried there

The pier with all the sea lions I forgot what number pier.. 17 or 37 idk. Alcatraz tour was fun. Big bus tour. Edit to say its pier 39.
