FBI raided my house with a search warrant today (20 agents, guns drawn) because they seem to believe my 13 year old son was an integral part of the ANON ddos attack on Paypal......

First of all don't pay attention to any of the ass-hats that have the shitty comments. Half of them can't tie their fucking shoes and the other half get their pleasure from your pain. Blow them off, they're bottom-feeders anyway. Support your son...I'm sure he's a good kid, and just stepped off on the wrong foot, or was coerced to do it, and he's going to remember what you do in his hour of need for the rest of his life. Time to shine dad. Campaign, Campaign, Campaign. Get on the horn and find lawyers that work in this field. This isn't Casey Anthony, but they are going to get some press on this, and sometimes that's just as good as cash to them. The fact that your son is only 13 helps in the media's eyes. They'll want to talk to him. Make sure you've secured an attorney before you grant an interview. That might be the carrot you dangle to your prospective attorney. You want to accept a public defender as a last resort.

"Got to give them credit. They have a knack for knowing their victims and striking in the hours of deepest sleep just before "dawn". Which for a 13 year old kid at home in the middle of summer, 11:00 AM sounds about right. "
I second the notion that you should call a lawyer. Look for one that is well versed in issues involving the interwebs.
Intimidation.
The worst thing you could be doing is talking about it ONLINE. Jesus Christ.
If you're posting this from your home internet connection, they have seen this now too...
Something that I should warn you about: My friend also had his house raided for a similar reason, and the FBI took every single device in the house that could store data. None of it got returned for almost a year, even though they said they would return it in 3 months. So don't expect your stuff back anytime soon, sorry :(
"Saying your son was just "trying to be cool" is a copout and probably the reason he thinks he can get away with that shit anyway. Kids do plenty of moronic things trying to be cool, and when their actions cause people to lose money their parents pay the consequences. It sure does suck and is probably overeactive, but that's what happens when your son commits a crime against a massive company. Maybe teach him right and wrong on the Internet? "
This is fake. Here is document of case he mentioned: http://206.18.146.25/rfcViewFile/11cv4328.pdf It is something else.
