People with Anxiety levels are through the roof right now, how are you coping with it?

It's a hit or miss for me. There are days that I barely get out of bed and stay off social media or watch television. I pick up hobbies to pass the time or read, just to occupy my head with other things rather than just let my thoughts get tangled up because they're running amock in my head. But there will come a day where I just let it consume me, cry or space out.

I am fucked since workout was my medication and not being able to go to the gym is creating other problems but i am trying to start running again hopefully will go for it tomorrow.

Lots of meditation, baking, gardening, trying to stay off of certain apps.

Not very well, but I have a strong support system who I go to when things become too much. I have also been in therapy for a few years so I have developed some skills to fight against it. I have special breathing techniques I use and I also use cognitive behavioral therapy to help shape my thoughts to more accurate things. But it's really hard to do in the moment.

I have severe anxiety and depression this pandemic yoke has been relatively easy , seeing as my anxiety is warranted I don't feel so anxious I think?

Eh. I take Zoloft every day and it has definitely helped my anxiety but my OCD and PTSD are still severe enough that they affect my daily life, job, and relationships. It sucks. I draw and sing to my rabbit when I'm alone and it makes me feel good. It hasn't been too bad lately but it's still a nuisance.
