How did you know you found the employer you would retire with?

Considered it with my current employer but every day I'm inching towards bringing my services elsewhere. It's gotten to the point that I've went back to and finished my bachelors and am now even working on my masters just to increase the amount of job prospects in the near future. I keep joking to myself saying that it'll get better where I am but I know it's only getting worse
