How do you go from being a 'night-owl' to waking up at 6am every day?

Cevaplar
I do shift work. The trick is to train hard. Like run 15k each day (you don't need to run that far but exercise enough to make you sleepy) or when you can. If you go when you wake up. Then wait until about 9pm or 8pm to go to bed. Keep doing this until you wake up at 6am. Practice good sleep hygiene and avoid processed foods for dinner.

For the first month set alarm for 5am and drink a Red bull and go back to sleep
you sleep earlier
Keep curtains open so you wake up with the sunlight
Pull one all-nighter, stock up on caffeine in the early morning, push through until around 8pm, sleep early, wake up after around 10 hours at 6am, and then commit to going to sleep at 9-10pm that day. Boom, reset sleep schedule.
Keep blinds or curtains open so your rose with the sun go to bed early keep doing this until your body wakes naturally and you won't need an alarm clock even this worked for me but be careful though .. whether I'm hungover jet lagged or weekend I wake up at 6am all the time
Stay awake until 8pm and then sleep for 10h. Then keep doing it
You embrace the darkness and find a night shift job.
Turn 30
"Eat dinner early, like 7 pm or something. I'm usually not good much past 8:30 because I'm full, and I wake up between 5 and 6 every morning naturally by just succumbing to the " after dinner nap". "
