Creating a workout playlist. What songs push/motivate/inspire you the most?

"That's personal to YOU and you only. So my advice is that you make two play lists. One for cardio. Start with a slow pace, constant steady beat song that crescendos. The next song builds on the momentum. The next song is "angry music" and so is the next and the next (depending on how long your run) and the almost-done songs are slower, uplifting and long. Finish with your favorite song ever for a job well done. For lifting, just one song for warming up. Something inspiring, the beat doesn't matter. The rest of training is filling with angry music. Stuff that makes you want to punch someone in the face. Finish with your rewarding favorite song ever for a job well done. "
