""Put god back in the Pledge of Allegiance!" (Non-Americans: In nationalistic pride, Most US public primary schools have children put hand-over-heart and recite a pledge to the US flag every morning.) So the controversy here is that frequently, less religious people want to drop the "under god" portion of this pledge, which annoys the more religious people. "Put it back, you can't take it out, you're changing things, and that's why the world is going to shit, we were founded upon..." blahblahblah... 1) Religious freedom involves everyone's religious freedom, not just yours. 2) Yes, religious freedom may involve freedom FROM religion 3) If your god is so weak, he needs constant validation by me, he has serious issues 4) No, it hasn't ALWAYS been there, we added it during the 'cold war' with Russia to thumb our noses at the 'godless commies' 5) Let's not forget, the entire pledge was invented to sell flags in the first place it's about Capitalism, not religion. "

Strictly decorative hand towels. They're an abomination. An assault on decency, on hospitality, and on good taste. If a towel is not to be used as a towel, it is not a towel any longer and has no business being on a towel rack. A piece of cloth that hangs and is not intended to be used as a towel is a drape. Don't put drapes on your towel rack.

When people don't drive efficiently through intersections, leaving huge gaps between vehicles. Dude, we sat through three changes of this light, now that it's green you're leaving enough space to turn around an airplane. Close up the damn ranks and hustle!

Dogs being poorly managed. No its not smart enough to walk offleash next to a highway. No it doesn't belong in this store at that restaurant or on that plane. No you shouldn't let your wet dog run up and climb on that woman you don't know who's laying on a picnic blanket in a sun dress. No it shouldn't be eating that. ... ugh

Salad isn't real. We have normal salad which is lettuce and vegetables, sure. But what about potato salad and macaroni salad? Those are nothing like salad, they are lies. Don't even get me started on Taco Salad.

Stem cells, I had cancer when I was younger and stem cells are part of the reason why my leg is healing so well. Some people think that ALL stem cells come from embryos, and that is not true at all.
