No. Normally if I want to feel good, I have to do something good. I have to read a book or ride a bike or dance with a cute girl. Marijuana, or any drug, allows me to get around that. I don't have to do anything, all I have to do is get high to get that good feeling. In a sense, I'd feel ripped off, since the feeling without the experience is hollow, it's like the husk of a good feeling. I value reading and going out with my friends etc., it's the substance behind the feeling that matters most to me. Marijuana let's you have a good time doing nothing. All my stoner friends are perfectly content to spend an evening blazed out of their minds with a bag of doritos and watching infomercials. I don't want to use something that makes me okay with eating shitty food and watching shitty tv. The fact is, I can't imagine anything that isn't a worse use of my time than being high. It's a trade off between taking that time to better myself or the momentary gratification that is a hig

I probably would. If just to see what it's like.

I think a lot of people would, and they would realize that it is better than drinking.

not sure if this has been said yet, but decriminalization is not the same as legalization. some states have decriminalized weed already, it just means small amounts give you a ticket and intent to sell/ heavy possession are still punishable by jail and all that.

No. Tim Meadows told me I don't want none of that shit, and I trust his judgment.

Probably not. The smell doesn't appeal to me (strangely, I love the smell of tobacco smoke) and I also tend to react strangely to drugs. I cannot even take hydrocodone when my doctor prescribes it without going through such severe anxiety attacks that I cannot sleep and have asthma attacks. :/

"So is anyone else confused about the analogy of "I wouldn't smoke, would people start insert extremely harmful, dangeous act here if it was legal?" Kicking children and lobotomies are not the same thing as weed.. PS: I'm a non-smoker "

No, I have smoked weed before and I lost interest in it. And I wouldn't do it now even if it was decriminalized because of the way i would be looked at in my job. People will still judge. It isn't illegal to have tattoos but people still don't get jobs because they have visible tattoos and employers find it to be a problem. Same thing would happen with decriminalized marijuana. Most companies would probably still have anti-drug policies and drug testing even if it wasn't illegal to smoke it. So to me it would not be worth losing out on a job opportunity
