ER docs, what's your WTF moment when a patient walked in?

Not the doc but the patient with an interesting story. Slipped a disc having rough sex with the wife (true story) and told the ED doc that we were doing the time warp, and somewhere between the step to the left and the pelvic thrust it went horribly wrong. Cue the stream of nurses and doctors coming in to ask what happened.
