"My friend had a Mario Party for his 25th birthday and it was awesome. We all were encouraged to dress up as different Nintendo characters. We played Mario Kart, Mario Party, and Nintendo monopoly :) He and his wife put out some awesome themed food. Perhaps he can have a costume contest of some sort? A block or star pinata? Pin the mustache on Mario. You can play that game where you try to balance eggs on a spoon while racing, but paint them to look like yoshi eggs! Maybe a game similar to Red Light/Green Light, but the person whose "it" acts like a Boo and the other players can only run if Boo's back is to them. "

Pin the bandana on the Bowser Jr.? Maybe have a Mario themed cake and stuff, just try to get creative with it really.

I think it's pretty obvious. You need to feed them all shrooms, stomp the shit out of some turtles, go exploring in the local storm drains, play with fire, and take some magical star shaped pills that make everything look oh so colorful.

Get as many Mario games as possible and have tournaments. Super smash tournaments, Mario Kart tournaments, Mario Tennis tournaments, Mario Party etc. At the end give the top three winners prizes. Jesus I am 25 and I would like to go to party like that.
