I would think some kind of mind power would be the most profitable. If you had Remote Viewing you could totally be the ultimate spy and get paid big $$ from government types and crazy exes, lol Seeing into the future. I bet lots of people would pay money to take the guesswork out of their decisions. Mind control. I'm sure this one blurs the lines because of how much can you can prove. That's how a lot of criminals get away. Their lawyers don't have to prove they are guilty only create doubt. Not really illegal, but could be in the future if super powers were real.

Without getting into reality warping powers bordering on Dr. Manhattan I'd say either precognition or absolute persuasion. With precog every bet is a winner and there's probably some sort of application for predicting the weather, or espionage (corporate or government). With absolute persuasion you get around any weirdness that comes from mind control and can mold any situation to your liking, so shit always goes your way. Oh! Super luck too. Doesn't really need an explanation.
