What's your scary or fucked up dream that you almost see the climax but then you waked up and having a REM and fast heart beat after you waked up?

I was laying on a sofa bed in a condo, and I had gone to sleep. I don't remember the dream. But after a few hours, I experienced sleep paralysis. My eyes were open. And I saw a screaming woman with blacked out eyes and curly hair enter the condo. She had a sharp, graton-style, kitchen knife and she ran up to me and jammed it right into my chest as fast and hard as possible. At that moment I gained control back. I screamed and jetted up, got out of the bed quick. I thought I had fucking died. It was scary. I even went and checked the door to make sure it was locked. Sure enough it was. I'm not even sure if my scream was real since it didn't wake anyone else up. I turned the lights on and got a drink then I turned them off and went back to sleep. It felt real.
