Grown-ups with no back pain (or overcame), how?

I woke up with back pain for the last time the day I second night I used my sleep number pillow. Iv always needed 3 pillows to sleep/wake up well. Its completely gone, also I can thank a video I seen on youtube about posture. I realized I slouch a lot. I try to sit and stand up straight and go on a walks everyday. Being active helps just as much as my pillow.

Start lifting. Always lift. Make it a life habit. A priority. Grab some 20 dollar dumb bells at Wally World and incorporate activities like this into your life. Yoga even better. Watch what you eat. Research on what's good for your body. Apply what you've learned.
