"There's some type of "patches" you can place on the pits of the shirts. Fabric stores like Joann's sells them (US here) and ppl used to wear undershirts to prevent sweat from spreading in other areas. "

To get rid of them from a t-shirt being washed? Or just so you don't sweat through your shirt while wearing it?

Wear thin dri fit Ts under the shirt . Comfortable, cool , not bulky ( get the tight fitting ones ). Problem solved
