"I do the exercises I learned in the book, the 6 pillars of self esteem. Actually I've been reading a ton of self help books which have been keeping me hopeful. Other than that, I find that making positive changes keeps the thoughts at bay. Like if it says, "you're so fat and pitiful" I can rebut that with "sure, but I'm doing IF and getting steps in, so I'm changing that." If I'm not doing anything, then I can't help but agree. "

By working my essential job and a heavy dose of creating my own purpose for life. Doing better than myself yesterday by a little bit, everyday. Trying my best and not letting things get to me. Netflix and studying, practicing my skills. Weed. Friends. It's ok to be down sometimes. Just know yourself and your truth. Be brave to go out there and radiate your essence. Hope this helps.

Honestly, replying to all your comments and helping and advising people like I would advice a friend is really helping me too rn, because while trying to make others see the good in this situation, it's helping me see it too! Thank you everyone for all this <3
