If you had the money to start college as a mature student tomorrow, what would you study?

Personally I'd go back to studying medicine, you're always going to need RN's, LPN's and doctors. I dropped out because I had a life changing event that made me realize I have a hard time dealing with death when I become attached to a person and I didn't want to go through it again. After somewhere around 20 deaths of friends and family members I'm pretty much past that now.

Nursing. I already have a master's and working on my doctoral, but I think nursing would be useful in general.

I would study accounting. It's useful in a lot of different business applications and it's pretty interesting if you're a really boring person like I am.

I am looking at doing this in about 3 years. I am thinking of majoring in a geoscience with a focus on environmental engineering and renewable energy systems, mainly solar energy.

I have a degree that lead to a great job, so if I was to go back I'd probably do something else that interests me, maybe history.

I started college as a mature student 3 years ago, and I studied accounting, economics, archaeology, film, french, spanish, and criminal justice. After hating them all, last year I just finished the first year of a science degree majoring in ecology.
