What would happen if a person previously served as president twice, but serving as a VP when the president was removed from office?

Pretty sure it just skips you in the line of president. So if the president would be removed, the VP takes over, but in this hypotheticals the VP isn't eligible. So it would go to speaker of the house. Say the speaker is someone who wasn't born in the US, it would just skip them too.

I don't think you can be President and then be VP after. I could be wrong tho

VP in the US has to be qualified to be president. Term-limited presidents would be barred from running. The constitutional language is pretty unambiguous there. You're not getting Obama back for a third term
