"Im a Night Owl by nature but having kids fucked that up, cos even at the weekends they're up with the lark. And I have to get up at 6am for my job during the week anyway. But still LOATHE hearing Early Birds talk about how they just spring out of bed and feel so invigorated and go to the gym and "it's the best part of the day" and "oh, you get SO much done!" Oh fuckofffuckofffuckoff. I crawl out of my pit when it's still dark like most of the rest of the working population. Don't tell me I should appreciate it. I don't. I want to go back to my nice warm bed. "

That Im always overselling. Im not I sleep the same 8 houra as you just offset by couple of hours.

"My mom told me I was Night Owl since i was a kid. -"It'S uNhEaLtHy" - If I sleep 8 hours with curtains blocking the light and I exercise in the morning(evening from my point of view) to get vitamin D and exercise, what's unhealthy then? -"Your wasting your life not socializing" - I would not socialize during the day either so I don't get it "

I work midnight shift, and I'm sick of people complaining that my phone is turned off during the day when I sleep. I try to explain that calling me at 1 PM would be like me calling their house at 3 AM.
