that sounds like a total nightmare, honestly. i'm sorry you had to deal with that, especially in such a tiny space. being stuck for 20 minutes is long enough without someone losing their mind right next to you. i think the biggest overreaction i've ever witnessed was at a fancy dinner party last summer. this guy dropped his wine glass on the floor, and he started crying hysterically like his entire life had just ended. he was literally sobbing on the floor over a spilled drink while everyone else was just trying to eat their appetizers.
