"Lots of music. Certain songs and artists trigger me nostalgically in a really painful and unhealthy way. Example: if I hear the John and Yoko Christmas song "Hapoy Christmas (War is Over)" playing out on public somewhere during the holiday season, I have a full on panic attack and have to gtfo of wherever I am ASAP before I explode into tears. This is because my (divorced for many years) parents are huge Beatles fans, so we were kinda raised on their music, Christmas was big in our house growing up, and my eldest brother passed away at the tender age of 35 back in December 2015. So Beatles=nostalgia, and nostalgia+grief= a break down. "

I was cleaning up somethings in my moms room since she has been gone. I found the the strap on she used to use on my dad. He has been gone for over 20 years but was so nostalgic to smell him again.
