It's totally understandable to feel that way, honestly. I see a lot of people around me acting like everything is back to normal, but it's clear the stress is still there for those of you on the front lines. My sister went through the same thing back when things were at their worst, and the only way she kept her head on straight was by completely disconnecting once she got home. She’d turn her phone off and just focus on something mindless for an hour to reset her brain.

You really have to find a way to switch off, even if it’s just for a little while. Maybe try to get outside or do something with your hands that has nothing to do with work. For me, whenever things get overwhelming with everything going on lately, I just try to focus on the things I can control and stop doomscrolling on the news. It’s tough, but you guys are doing incredible work and it’s okay to admit it’s scary.
