Who is a modern-day Barney Fife?

Honestly, whenever I think of a modern Barney Fife, I keep picturing those small-town security guards or guys who get way too into their neighborhood watch shifts. You know the type—they walk around with a radio clipped to their belt like they’re expecting a high-stakes standoff, even though the most exciting thing that happens all week is someone parking half an inch over the line.

It’s kind of funny because we all know someone like that in our neighborhood. They take their little bit of authority way too seriously and act like they’re patrolling a war zone instead of just watching the local park. It’s pretty harmless in the end, but it's hard not to chuckle when you see them trying to look tough while they're just handing out parking notices.
