Why does it sometimes say 'reply {verb}' instead of 'reply' underneath comments?

I was thinking of making a screen shot and submitting the bug. Now I learned not to submit bugs because someone else will bring attention to them before me. I only submit bugs to firefox once in a blue moon. I take time to do it proper.

I just saw this on a few comments a minute ago, though not while viewing permalink. Had me quite puzzled too.
