myself honestly. i've been so snappy and irritated, and i'm not a person that gets mad often. the past 3-4 months, i've been getting violently angry, and to the point where i'm throwing, yelling, and breaking things which is completely out of character for me. i don't know where this anger is coming from or how to control it, and it irritates me that i can't figure out or try to avoid it, because when i hold it in it's just worse. so i just have to try and stay calm to the best of my ability and wait for it to pass, which can take a couple hours. thank you for having a place for people to vent with this post

"My mom keeps track of the food and drinks she buys that I eat or drink. But then she feels entitled to eat the stuff I buy. The other day I even bought dark chocolate knowing she doesn't like it. She opened the pack before I did and said something to the effect "I don't like dark chocolate but you know I've got to try some." I jokingly mentioned her eating my food and she got upset and shut down completely. "

I hate putting my socks on when my feet are still a little wet. I actually end up yelling about half the time. Which is better than pre-meds. GRRRRR.
