People working in the ER, what's the dumbest thing you've seen a patient come in for?

"Not ER but work at a dental office. Had a patient come in because he noticed a "dark, sticky, stain" on one of his teeth. He had a piece of taffy or something stuck in between his teeth. He clearly did not have very good oral hygiene and we told him to come back for a full exam and treatment. He didn't. "

I worked in an operating theatre a few years ago and a male student was brought in to have a dildo surgically removed from his anus. I can only imagine how much he tried to remove it himself before being forced to seek medical attention?
