My biggest issue the past few decade or so is that Americans are increasingly under the opinion that they (or their belief) as an individual is more important than that of the group. No, it's about what's best for the majority, not the individual. Our local hospital posted online to please call a dedicated number if people we're concerned and they would advise them, and please not go straight to the ER. People lost their minds complaining...every complaint was identical, as people obviously didn't scan the thread before voicing their unique issue (that was already posted 1000 times). Not a single one of them considered that if they went to the ER, and were confirmed, the ER had to be shut down and cleaned...which meant others with immediate life threats couldn't be helped. But honestly there's 100s if not 1000s if similar situations in the past decade.

Corona virus messing up my future and my college education :')

My bloody inlaws are travelling this weekend as always! They go away every weekend in their van which they pimped out with a bed in the back plus cooking station etc. They are in Somerset right now (4 hrs from where we live) at some camp site. Will prob keep doing this for months to come. Fucking boomers

Most people aren't in any danger of the corona virus so there is no need to buy so much and leave so little for those who are in danger from it

I really don't get the appeal of bacon. It doesn't matter how it's cooked, it just doesn't taste good to me, yet I'm expected to relate to any comments suggesting being a vegetarian is impossible because of bacon. Don't @ me

"I can't believe how many people think that they, for some reason, are more deserving of our limited supplies than other people. I work in retail, and we've set limits on most of our high demand items because they're in short supply. The number of people, I tell you, who try to convince me that they should be allowed two of the seven remaining bottles of hand sanitizer because "well, I'm shopping for my mother-in-law and she needs one too" blows my mind. In what world is it ok for you to walk away with two while 500 people go home with none? I get it, it's first come first serve, but you gotta still play fair. People are pigs, honestly. Greedy, selfish pigs. "
