People are usually pretty quick to help if you post a few clear photos and tell them exactly what kind of supplies you're short on, like kitten formula or soft food. Don't try to carry the whole burden yourself because it's a lot to handle, and there's usually someone nearby who has a spare carrier or some extra kitten supplies they'd be happy to drop off.
