I know parts of it are 'open' to the public, but I wouldn't mind some time down in the Catacombs of Paris. My second choice would be the off-limits Library in the Vatican.

Willy Wonka's Chocolate Factory. Think of all the fun you could have eating tons of different kinds of candy :). Someone should make that into some sort of movie.

Area 51. Spend the day high fiving aliens and shooting their awesome laser guns at the shooting range. Either that or spend the day dissapointed.
