School teacher. It's more than simply conveying information to children. Robots would never be able to properly manage classroom behavior. Edit: Many people are telling me how I'm wrong. Perhaps for some subjects at older age groups, robots would work fine. But they couldn't work for music. They couldn't work for art. They couldn't be effective for hands-on classes like chemistry, biology, or physics. And there is no way they would be effective as elementary school teachers.

Bedside nursing. At least forseeably, The patients are so confused sometimes they would think a robot was trying to kill them. Plus, I cannot imagine a robot capable of being gentle and thorough enough to clean someone who's just let loose with a gallon of liquid diarrhea and gotten it in every crease on their body and smeared it all through their hair. If you're a nurse you have seen this, and so many times you think nothing of it.

Scientists. As far as we have gotten right now with computation, robots could pretty much only derive what we already know. AI could get good enough to be scientists at some point in the future, but by that point I think all other jobs will be doable by robots as well (including things like pornstar and such, which could be done by near perfect CGI before robots can prove a difficult mathematical theorem).

I think the endgame for automation could look like the The Culture series by Iain M. Banks. Virtually every job is automated, and nobody has to work. The only jobs that can't really be automated are some of the jobs in Contact (a catch-all organization for dealing with foreign peoples). Sometimes a human ambassador is just preferred by the primitive people you're dealing with.
