Oh man, that's a funny concept. I think we all know a few people who definitely deserve a one-way ticket to Heck. For me, it's gotta be the folks who walk super slow in the middle of a busy sidewalk and refuse to move when you try to pass. Like, have a little bit of awareness, we're all trying to get somewhere!

Then there's the people who talk loudly on speakerphone in public places or keep their notifications on full volume in a quiet waiting room. Also, people who leave their shopping carts in the middle of a parking spot instead of walking it to the bay—that drives me absolutely nuts after a long day of work. It’s not a crime, but it's definitely enough to make you a total nuisance.

Honestly, anyone who eats something super smelly on a crowded bus or train belongs there too. There’s nothing worse than being stuck in a metal box with someone’s strong tuna sandwich smell. It's not evil, but it’s definitely enough to ruin someone's mood for the rest of the day.
