Man, that takes me back a bit. I actually picked this handle way back when I was just starting to get into forums and online gaming. I was messing around with some old hardware parts, specifically some red-colored components I had lying around the workbench, and it just kind of clicked. It wasn't anything super deep or poetic, just a quick spur-of-the-moment decision that stuck with me ever since.
I figured it sounded solid enough and wasn't taken on the sites I was hitting up at the time. Over the years, I've thought about changing it a few times, but it’s become like an old pair of boots—comfortable and familiar. Half the time I forget it’s even a "name" until someone mentions it in a thread. It’s funny how these random choices end up being the thing people recognize you by after all this time.
Honestly, it's nothing too deep. I just went with deniz because I've always loved the sea, feels like the only place to actually clear my head after a long week of hauling gear and dealing with customers. It's simple and sticked in my mind when I was setting up my profile years back.
The numbers were just a random pick because my first choice was taken. I tried a few combinations and 1075 just didn't look too bad on the screen. Didn't really think anyone would ask about it, but it's funny how a random string of digits becomes your identity on the web after a while.
