Basically all the things. I'm going to die. My loved one/s are going to die. Cancer. Debt. That thing I forgot to do at work. That thing I shouldn't have done at work and might get in trouble for. The time/s I publicly embarrassed myself. Worries about the future. What if the house burns down? Where's my wallet/phone/bag/mind?? Why did I wear that stupid outfit to my 4th grade dance, 20 years ago??? Also some weird existential shit that hurts my brain.

I reminded myself over that fucking spider gif where this spider gives birth to a shitload of spiderlings while being smashed by a broom. I just imagined that spider being crushed under my pillow and all those spiderlings being released. Ofcourse i could feel things crawling on me after having that thought.
