"Having to tell someone they are "Cut Off/Had Too Many" as a bartender or manager of an establishment that serves alcohol. Dr. Jekyll and Mr(s). Hyde become a symphony of "life imitating art" (& vice versa) with too much of the elixir in them!! You see some real monsters. TBH, Drunks (there are different levels of alcoholism/addiction) in general can just be so absolutely emotionally charged that some seem Bi-Polar!! "

When I waited tables, it'd be amazing how quickly a chipper coworker of min could be pissed off behind closed doors because of either a disrespectful customer or a shitty tip. If you're in America, despite what you think about server wages, please tip your servers decently if they provide good service. It has a ripple effect on the rest of the night if the server gets a shitty tip for no discernible reason.
