The OTDR trace taken on the SMF-28 OSP fibers indicates high PMD, along with a large number of reflections present with apparent gainers showing multiple core mismatches along the route. The ORL is also out of spec, which along with the aforementioned reflections, will be an issue when deploying hybrid counter-propagating RAMAN EDFA Amps. We recommend to eliminate the FC/PC-FC/PC patches along the route and run in a new riser cable to provide a home run to the patch panel were possible to ensure that the system Amp gain is sufficient to support the required transponder Rx OSNR and EOL Q requirements.

We have a sprint review with the PO we're checking our use of CI with Jenkins, and also need to review how we're using JIRA and XRAY. PI3 is coming up soon so we'll need to allocate points for that.
