what item/object has a major flaw in it?

honestly, smartphone charging ports are the biggest headache i deal with. it doesnt matter how much you pay for a flagship phone, that little usb-c or lightning port is always the first thing to give up. lint gets stuck in there so easily, or the pins just wear out after a year or so of plugging it in every single night. you end up having to wiggle the cable at a specific 30-degree angle just to get it to charge, which is honestly pathetic for something we rely on 24/7.

another thing that drives me crazy is modern home appliances, especially dishwashers. they keep adding all these touch-sensitive glass panels instead of tactile buttons. they look sleek, sure, but one drop of water or a bit of steam and the whole sensor freaks out or stops responding entirely. fixing those boards is a total nightmare because you usually have to replace the entire control unit rather than just swapping a simple switch.
