What you should do is tell her that it'll be a while before you can do it if you are too embarrassed to ask for money. Tell her that her paper is beyond the scope of the time you set for her, and you are busy otherwise. So just do it slowly, like a page per day, and then give it back. I'm 90% sure she expects this task to be done for free because you are her sensei and so she probably thinks she can ask you for side assistance outside of the tutoring hours whenever.

I would do this for free if it's only small problems. I wouldn't feel comfortable correcting it a lot without a face to face discussion (with the eight euro/hour charge). Obviously you don't want her taking the pee so if you think she's trying to take advantage then totally slap on the charge.

Do it with her in person while you are getting paid, and explain the mistakes. Then as homework make her rewrite it and read it to you the next time you are with her.

Assuming you're not a complete idiot, your language classes are worth at least double that, FYI. And your response sounds fine.

Tutoring is not the same thing as copy editing. It was understandable on her part: maybe you really enjoy the work and would do it for free. You won't, so that's fine.
