"New York sidewalk protocol: People here walk to get to their destination. A lot. Sidewalks are crowded, and can be difficult to navigate, especially when you are in a hurry. Many people will walk 20 or 30 blocks to work and back every day. Sidewalks are like freeways. Just like if you're driving your car, don't suddenly stop. If you need to stop for something, work your way to the side of the sidewalk and stop near the curb or next to a building. Also, just like when driving you should "hold your lane" by walking straight, not wandering left and right as you walk. People who want to walk faster than you are trying to get past, and when they zig left and you cut them off, they are going to run into you. If you suddenly stop, veer to the right or block the entire sidewalk, expect that someone will bump you. Yes, they did it on purpose. They're telling you to not walk like an asshole. Also, don't walk 6 abreast and take up the entire sidewalk - walk in a 6-pack formation. "

Bitch about America while in the country as a refugee from a war torn nation. Hmongs, you're super cool, Somalis shut the fuck up.
Belgian here. Don't drink our specialty beers out of the bottle, always drink them from a glass, preferably the glass that goes with the beer.
Here in Sweden, for the love of god remove your shoes when you go into private residence. I've seen so many tourists not do this, esspecially you Americans. Edit: wrong word T_T
If you're going out to eat in America, tip like an American. You'd expect the same from us anywhere else.
UK: You say 'no' when I offer you a cup of tea. You better believe I make the best damn tea in the country now slurp that shit up, son.
"In Canada: Most American tourists are awesome... some give me shit for being "like" the USA but not part of the USA and can't understand why we just don't join the US. It's not because we don't like you, it's because we wanted to take a different path 200 years ago and we still do... nothing personal "
"India - making a condescending comment about how people in India "still" eat with their hands. I'm looking at you Oprah. "
"Quebecer here, please learn some french. Just a simple "Bonjour" is ennough to please most french canadian like my self. Also, never disrespect poutine. Merci! "
"In the US, please stop making "'Murica!" jokes. Not all of us are fat bigots. It does slightly offend me every once in a while. Edit: Also, "Why aren't you fat yet?" That's pretty annoying too. "
