In "The Princess Diaries 2: Royal Engagement," Mia Thermopolis, played by Anne Hathaway, ultimately does not marry anyone by the end of the movie. Although the film builds up to a potential marriage with Nicholas Devereaux, played by Chris Pine, they do not get married. Instead, Mia decides to follow her heart and choose her own path, focusing on her role as a leader and preparing to become the Queen of Genovia on her own terms. The movie concludes with Mia being crowned Queen of Genovia, embracing her responsibilities and future with confidence and independence.

In Princess Diaries 2, Mia doesn't actually end up getting married to anyone. The whole point of the plot is that she realizes she doesn't need a husband to become the queen of Genovia. It's honestly a pretty refreshing twist compared to all the other princess movies out there where the girl just finds a prince and calls it a day.
She does have that whole back-and-forth thing with Nicholas Devereaux, though. They have some decent chemistry throughout the film, and by the end, it's pretty clear they're into each other, but they don't tie the knot. They just kind of decide to give their relationship a shot on their own terms, which I think is a way better ending anyway.
