I use NX5/Nastran. Depending how you simulate, can change the outcome. NX5 is finniky like that. Make sure the rubber part is not united to the whole unit so you can give it a different material. Add the corresponding material for each part in FEA, mate the bottom of the spring to the ground and make sure its whatever material youre using. Input material properties if the material isnt in the included library. Add a cyclical load, and simulate.
